Yoga therapy looks at each person in an individual way and as an integrated system of body, mind and emotions.

It's an empowering way of addressing health issues at a level where what you do has a significant effect. 

A yoga therapy programme is tailored to your specific health needs and situation, helping you to move towards what is important for you and your health.

In each one hour session, your therapist works with you, assessing your health and planning an individual practice that is helpful for you. Practices are adjusted in subsequent sessions to match your individual needs and abilities.

A yoga therapist's role is to help you to develop your health potential - to improve or maintain health, reduce recurrence of health problems or to promote healing.

Yoga therapy can be useful for

back pain, shoulder and neck pain, postural issues, managing athritis, neurological challenges such as MS, stress and anxiety, depression, fatigue conditions, regaining health after surgery, management of symptoms related to the nervous system, long COVID and more
